Pumpkin Patch Princess

Daddy and Finley had a date at the Pumpkin Patch. Well, actually they just stopped on the side of the road and took some pictures next to some Fall Display. Very soon we will have to go as a family and pick out Finley's first pumpkin. Here she just had a small taste (literally) of Fall!

Rock and Roll!

Momma's lifetime goal of owning rocking chairs was achieved this month! Grandma Judy's birthday present included two beautiful rocking chairs from Cracker Barrel! We put them on our back porch/thingy and off we go a rocking! We will make time to spend outside now! Finley seemed to love the chairs too!

Homecoming Weekend!

This weekend was Homecoming weekend for the high school Daddy graduated from, and Momma is interning at! Nana came in town to visit, because Momma was so busy with Homecoming stuff! Nana and Finley had a terrific time, which included lots of pictures taken by Nana.

Finley LOVES puffs! She loves them so much; she won't eat her food if she can see puffs around.

Racecar Drivin' Fun!

Ok, so this post is a few weeks late! The weekend of September 9th, Momma, Daddy, and Finley met Nana and Papaw in Nashville. Well, on Sunday Papaw got to drive a race-car! We all got to watch. Finley was very interested in the cars. We think we might have a speed demon on our hands.

Around the House

Finley seems to think she is capable of adult-like activities. When Daddy needed to vacuum, Finley felt the need to follow along and help him.
If we take our eyes off of our little angel for one second, Finley is crawling like a crazy girl down the hall, through Mommy and Daddy's room, into the bathroom, right to Mommy's tampons and pads. What a woman we have on our hands! It never fails; if we can't see her, we can always find her in the bathroom.
Daddy bought Finley some really cool letters for the bathtub. She loves to chew on them, and Daddy loves to play with them!

Finley LOVES to brush her own teeth. She's only got two, but they are very clean an pearly white!

Farms and cracks

Finley has new magnetic toys, and now she can play in the kitchen with Mommy and Daddy! She LOVES her new barnyard animal Leapfrog toy. Look what a big girl she has become, standing up without any help.
..... and squatting too!
.... and when she's bored in the kitchen, she likes to walk around the dining room table...

.... she doesn't even mind if she's got plumber's crack.
