"Popcorns"

Finley loves a lot of things.  One thing she goes nuts over is "popcorns".  She will do anything for a good movie and a big bowl of popcorn.  What a sweet girl.  Here favorite movies right now include the following:

We are so happy to have the puppies back home.  We had a pretty traumatic week (last week), but through lots of prayer and hope, we are all back together.  Finley is really excited to have her playmates home.  

We sing a LOT in the Roberson household.  Finley's new favorite song to sing is "Boom Chicka Boom".  We have to thank Leslie for introducing this song to Finley when she was still in the womb.  Tonight she wanted to sing this song for the camera.  This requires that Mommy sing along as well (forgive the cold we are all fighting off).  She is such a show off, as you can tell from the video.

Happy 2nd Birthday Finley

Finley is two years old!!!!
Because we are 5 and 8 hours away from our family, we just had a small party with Mommy, Daddy and Finley. It was nice. We had dinner at Chuck E. Cheese, and then we came home for cake and ice cream. Finley's cake was Madagascar, which she loved!!!
Finley opened up her presents and LOVED them all.
The evening ended with Finley sleeping in her big girl bed. We've since put the crib away, and she now sleeps in her big girl bed. :)

Happy Birthday Finley

Today is Finley's 2nd birthday. I'm full of emotions this morning. I'm sad that she's growing up so quickly, but I am so joyful in the fact that I have been the mother to my a little princess for two years. These past two years have been by far the best two years of my life. It's overwhelming to think about. I'm so blessed, and so thankful for those blessings. I Love you Finley! Happy Birthday!

Christmas with Papaw Snooch and Mamaw Lorie

Before we left Evansville, we went and spent some time with Papaw Snooch and Mamaw Lorie. We didn't get to stay too long, because a huge storm was moving in. We actually got home home just has the rain began to pour.

I thought this was a hilarious picture. No one was ready for the picture, and Finley was still mad that she wasn't going to eat all the candy that she wanted (M&Ms).

Finley's birthday is on Thursday. She will be 2 years old. Can you believe it? Sadly, we are hours away from all of Finley's little friends. We will still be celebrating Finley's birthday, even if it's just as a family of three. We are going to Chuck E. Cheese on Thursday night. If anyone wants to come join us, let me know. The kid would love it! I feel bad; it's not her fault we had to move away. Poor thing.
