Libby Kate's first road trip

Libby Kate took her first road trip at 2 weeks and 2 days old! What an awesome trouper she was! She never cried. We stopped 1/2 way to eat and then she slept the remainder of the trip. Finley was a great big sister, and never complained about the hour long break we had to take to feed Libby Kate. We drove through lots of stow, but it only took 4 hours and 40 minutes to get to Evansville! Woo-hoo!

Once we arrived, we had dinner at Granny Judy's house. Libby Kate got to meet Aunt Jess and Uncle Brian. She loves meeting new people to love on her. Aunt Jess and Uncle Brian were such troupers, while LK was a little fussy....

In preparation for Finley's birthday party, Daddy tried on Nana's princess costume. We decided it might be to scary for the kids, but I had to put a picture on the blog showing what a great daddy my two girls have.

Finley was so tired after our long drive, she passed out with Jasper in her bed. We had to sneak in and get a picture.
