Packing Up

We are putting our house on the market (officially tomorrow), so we had to get rid of the toyroom (sad face) and replace it with a boring formal living room. Finley has been one amazing kid about the whole process. Today I had some Mommy/Finley time and we talked about why we were going to pack up her toys. In the end she was excited, because she knows the end result means she gets to live with Nana for awhile. We talked about all the toys Nana has at her house, and how those toys will be Finley's to play with for awhile.

She helped us organize all of her toys into different boxes. I wanted to make her boxes special, so she got to label all of them by putting stickers on them. She LOVED this. Here are some cutie pictures of her "stickering" her boxes. What a great helper!

I just have to say that Finley is the BEST big sister. Libby will start fussing and little Mama, Finley will run to her rescue. Tonight she just sat next to her and petted her until she stopped fussing. The best part is that Libby Kate is always calm around her big sister and absolutely adores her. I am overwhelmed with the love I feel with these sweet girls.
