New Years Eve and New Years Day!

We decided this year we would start a tradition of having a New Years Eve party at our house .... 100% kid friendly. What a great way to bring in the new year, surrounded by the people you love the most (big and small)! This year The VanMeltons, The Burns, and the soon to be Burgdorf family came for our celebration... unfortunately, we never broke out the camera. Brandon caught these few shots on his iph*ne.

Growing up we always went to my Grandma and Grandpa's on New Year's morning. January 1st is their wedding anniversary and if Grandpa were still alive, they would have celebrated 57 years on New Years day.
Even though Grandpa Bill celebrate the New Year in heaven "Jesus style" we had New Years lunch at Grandma's house!
